DARKSTAR
Autonomous defense drones that coordinate with no radio, no GPS, and no command link, holding formation through infrared firefly-sync between units. One onboard brain flies both an attritable light variant and a recoverable heavy variant across air, sea, and land, with human-in-the-loop targeting. Every mission is proven in a deterministic simulation before anything flies.

Chief Executive Officer
A physician-trained operator who runs on one principle: diagnose before you prescribe. He builds and operates ventures with personal capital and full accountability, having scaled multiple companies from early revenue to eight figures across automotive, franchise, and service markets.

Chief Technology Officer
The technical core of the portfolio and author of its foundational research: the µLang compiler, the NIRVANA inference architecture, and the clinical work that proves them. A principal systems architect and CISO for compliance-critical, regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2), Rust and Cloudflare-native.

Chief Operating Officer
An AI-native operator who designs and runs the systems the portfolio depends on, guided by a single method: diagnose, design, implement. He consults worldwide on AI implementation and has generated over $8M for clients, with a supporting background in cybersecurity for regulated platforms.

Two decades building and scaling ventures across FinTech, HealthTech, and MarTech. He has led product and growth at Walmart, owned a nine-figure performance-marketing P&L across Williams-Sonoma's brands, and scaled QuickBooks organic growth into 12+ countries at Intuit.

Chief Revenue Officer
A sales and lead-generation operator who builds the engines that turn products into closed business. He recruits, trains, and leads teams of closers and setters, and designs the AI automation behind high-volume outbound, appointment setting, and rep enablement.
